We are a group of BIM Co-ordinators and specialists with a particular focus on the use of Revit and Navisworks for architectural practices and other divisions within the construction industry. Coordinated and delivered in the UK, we have an architectural background and extensive experience in working with UK industry standards, building regulations and construction technology, plugging into design teams at various stages of the project from inception to completion.
We produce BIM Level 2 compliant models at all stages of a project from concept through to construction. We also offer our combined expertise of UK based detailing in a BIM environment. We can structure our resources to adapt to your project programmes. We specialise in large scale projects but no project is too small for us to undertake.
Our BIM Coordinators and Managers are highly skilled and experienced in providing BIM-related input, creating content and managing in-house resources on various types of projects including residential, student housing, mixed use, higher education and commercial projects at differing scales. We are able to undertake the role of BIM Manager/ Coordinator on behalf of architectural practices on a contract/permanent basis and represent the practice at BIM meetings and clash detection workshops as required.
We specialise in training office staff with a vision to help you switch over to BIM. We provide both basic and advanced courses. Our experienced team of trainers are also construction industry professionals. This helps us focus not only on the software aspects of BIM but also its application in a practical environment.
We specialise in content creation and can tailor BIM families and system content to match your standards. We also develop BIM content from scratch on par with BIM Level 2 standards, with particular expertise in the simplifying complex families to make them user-friendly and intuitive in a project environment.
We can work with your team to convert your standard office templates to BIM and also produce central model templates and shared parameters necessary for worksharing.
